这五类食品须销毁,销毁记录至少保存3年

 食品安全一直是当前国家关注的重大民生问题,关系着百姓的日常生命安全。在经济蒸蒸日上的中国,食品安全问题也越来越严峻,地沟油、大毒油层等安全问题层出不穷,应该立即重视起来。国家规定以下五类食品须销毁。物料销毁,退港销毁
 
  五类食品应当采取停止经营、下架封存、销毁、退回食品生产者等措施退出市场:
 
  1.已经造成食品污染、食源性疾病或对人体健康造成危害甚至死亡的食品;
 
  2.可能造成食品污染、食源性疾病或对人体健康造成危害的食品;
 
  3.含有对特定人群可能引发健康危害的成分而在食品标签和说明书上未予以标识,或标识不全、不明确的食品;
 
  4.超过保质期的食品;
 
  5.其他不符合食品安全标准或者要求的食品。
 
  食品安全(food safety)指食品无毒、无害,符合应当有的营养要求,对人体健康不造成任何急性、亚急性或者慢性危害。根据倍诺食品安全定义,食品安全是“食物中有毒、有害物质对人体健康影响的公共卫生问题”。食品安全也是一门专门探讨在食品加工、存储、销售等过程中确保食品卫生及食用安全,降低疾病隐患,防范食物中毒的一个跨学科领域,所以食品安全很重要。
 
 
 
Food safety has always been a major national concern for people's livelihood, which is related to people's daily life safety. In the booming economy of China, the food safety problem is becoming more and more serious. There are many safety problems such as gutter oil and toxic oil layer, which should be paid attention to immediately. The state stipulates that the following five kinds of food shall be destroyed.
The five categories of food shall be withdrawn from the market by measures such as stopping the operation, taking off the shelves for storage, destroying and returning to the food producers:
1. Foods that have caused food pollution, food borne diseases or harm or even death to human health;
2. Food that may cause food pollution, food borne diseases or harm to human health;
3. Foods that contain ingredients that may cause health hazards to specific populations but are not marked on food labels and instructions, or are not completely or clearly marked;
4. Foods beyond the shelf life;
5. Other foods that do not meet the food safety standards or requirements.
Food safety refers to the non-toxic and harmless food, which meets the necessary nutritional requirements and does not cause any acute, sub acute or chronic harm to human health. According to the definition of Beinuo food safety, food safety is "the public health problem of the impact of toxic and harmful substances in food on human health". Food safety is also an interdisciplinary field that specially discusses how to ensure food hygiene and food safety, reduce disease potential and prevent food poisoning in the process of food processing, storage and sales, so food safety is very important.
